Kevin Smith had the Twitterverse in a frenzy over the weekend after Southwest airlines escorted him off a flight for being overweight. Smith posted a series of vitriolic comments aimed at the airline, including this twitpic with the caption "Look how fat I am on your plane! Quick! Throw me off!" The airline later apologized for their actions

apparently, this guy was being thrown away from taking a flight because he is too FAT...!! yes people, u heard me, because he is too FAT...!! LoL

moral of the story: dun be a FAT ASS...!!

Survivor Heroes vs Villains

currently im addicted watching survivor and the amazing race

but today will dicuss on the survivor only :D

ok i've been a fan of survivor since season 1..

yes folks, since SEASON 1..

ok lemme explain a bit bout survivor 20th

Heroes vs Villains

this season, they have 20 people from the previous season

well u can called it as an All-Star season

10 heros vs 10 villains

so basically 1st, the devided in 2 groups

of course, the heroes and the villains

so they will fight againts one another

and whoever team loses, will go to tribal council

where they voted one of their members

its like man eating man :D

after that, in certain stages, they will merge

after merging tribe, they will be againts each other

whoever voted out after merges, will be the jury

the task of a jury is to determine which player they think deserve to win....

ONE MILLION US DOLLAR

in this season, on side of the heroes, would like to see Amanda win..

she's been playing before.. TWICE and both being runner up.

hope she can win big this time..

and for the villain i support 3 people to win this :D

Parvati, Rob Boston and Russel

i like parvati because she's one sneaking, hot ass chic and will do whatever to win..

she's the best female player ever...!!

Boston Rob.. ahhhh i like him after watching him playing in season All-Star survivor..
there, he met Amber and through all the way to final 2 with her..

now he's married with Amber and they hav children together :D

Boston Rob is like the mafia hehehehe

lastly, Russel.. the Villain from Samoa season

self-proclaimed the genius player of all time..

last season he did played the best game ever and goes to final

but lost to a girl.. hahahahahha

so hopefully one of these four players will win Survivor 20th

- Sit comfortably on a gym mat or carpet with your legs crossed. Using your arms to support you, slowly lie back until your body is flat, keeping your legs crossed.
- Place your hands under the nape of your neck for support. Inhale through your nose, and raise your chest a few inches off the floor while exhaling through your mouth. Your chest should be moving up toward the ceiling, not bending forward to your knees. This should be a smooth, controlled motion.
- Repeat 25 times, and as you progress, move up to 50 times.
- Tip: Do not push your head with your hands as this puts you at risk of injuring your neck. The purpose of your hands is to keep your head in alignment with your back and shoulders. You don't want to curve your back.
